Crystal Brown, RN

Owner/Manager

Crystal Brown has always had a passion for serving and caring for others.  This passion began in 2003 when she worked in an assisted living facility managing activities for residents.  It is during this time that her love for the elder community became apparent. This inspiration led her to nursing school.

Crystal completed her Associates of Applied Sciences in Nursing in May of 2007.   She started her nursing career in Pediatrics and Medical Surgical and from there she expanded her experience by floating in departments such as Acute Rehab, Progressive Care Unit and Orthopedics.  In 2012, Crystal found her passion and calling while working for KRMC Hospice.  She spent the next 6 years at the Joan and Diane Hospice house caring for patients and families with compassion and love.

As a Kingman native, Crystal is proud to be a part of this wonderful community.  She is always caring for others including family and friends.  She and her husband are raising two amazing daughters and it brings them joy to see that compassion to serve and care for others reflect in their girls.

Crystal recently received the Women Making History Award in 2018 for Health and Medical Professions in Kingman, Arizona.  This is an annual ceremony to honor women in the community who have made sustaining contributions to the Kingman area. That same year she was selected as a recipient for the The Josie King Award by KRMC. She was nominated for this for being wonderful patient advocate.

It has been Crystal’s dream to open an assisted living home.  This dream has been nurtured by her dedication for serving and supporting others. She is honored and excited to serve our community and to provide a safe, supportive and loving environment for her residents, their families and staff.
